TEAM AEROBREW

MEET THE CREW BEHIND THE COFFEE

Pilots, performers, and aviation professionals who carry our mission skyward.

From warbird legends to rising aviators, this is the crew behind Aerobrew—fueling flight, community, and coffee culture.

JOSH HALL

FAA Controller, Master Roaster & Founder of Aerobrew

Josh is the founder of Aerobrew Coffee Company and a true aviation lifer. As an FAA air traffic controller at Atlanta Center—the busiest facility in the world—he helps keep America’s skies moving safely every day. His experience in high-stakes aviation operations brings a level of precision, discipline, and focus that directly shapes the Aerobrew brand.

Before Aerobrew, Josh spent years mastering the craft of specialty coffee roasting as a personal passion. What began as experimentation with origins, roast profiles, and small-batch techniques evolved into a mission: create coffee that speaks to pilots, aircrew, and aviation lovers everywhere.

Today, Josh balances a demanding ATC career, a growing business, and family life—all while working toward his pilot’s license, pushing deeper into the aviation world he already serves professionally. At Aerobrew, that same dedication fuels every roast: freshly air-roasted, pilot-fueled, and ready for takeoff.

A controller. A craftsman. And the vision behind aviation-fueled coffee culture.

Airline Captain & Aerobatic Performer

Roger has been with Aerobrew from the very beginning. With more than 20,000 flight hours and a career as a Boeing 737 Captain for Alaska Airlines, he brings professionalism, experience, and leadership to the brand.

Outside the airline cockpit, he showcases his skills in select aerobatic performances—bringing both precision and energy to the aviation community. Roger also plays a key behind-the-scenes role at Aerobrew, assisting with daily decisions, product direction, and brand promotion.

A steady hand in the air and on the business side, Roger helps guide Aerobrew with the same calm discipline he uses in the cockpit.

A veteran aviator and a core part of Aerobrew since day one.
